Deolane's freedom request trial begins this Monday (6)

The Court of São Paulo should begin, this Monday (6), the trial on habeas corpus in favor of influencer Deolane Bezerra. The preliminary injunction had been previously denied.

The defense maintains that, based on two inspections carried out by the OAB, she is being held in a cell that does not meet the requirements set out in the Law Statute.

Deolane has been preventively detained since the end of May at the Tupi Paulista Women's Penitentiary, in the interior of São Paulo. She is accused of the crimes of criminal organization and money laundering involving a scheme with the criminal faction PCC (Primeiro Comando da Capital).
