Emmy 2026: 'The Pitt' and 'Hacks' are the most nominated series; see LIST

"The Pitt", "DTS St. Louis", "Beef", "Widow's Bay" and "The Beast in me" are some of the series nominated for the 2026 Emmy

The 2026 Emmy, the main American television award, announced its nominees this Wednesday (8). "The Pitt" is the series with the highest number of nominations in the edition, with 25 in total (counting technical categories, which are announced before the main ceremony).
Among comedies, "Hacks" broke the record for the genre, with 24.
Programs and series must be shown between June 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026 to be eligible for this edition.
The ceremony takes place on September 14, in Los Angeles, with a presentation by actress Mariska Hargitay, from "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit".
