YouTube announced this Wednesday (10) the launch of "Ask the Studio" in Brazil. The tool works like an AI chat, similar to Gemini and ChatGPT, and helps content creators understand channel performance, analyze audience reaction and find ideas for new videos.
The new feature was presented during Google for Brazil 2026, an annual event in which the company publicizes the main launches and initiatives for the country.

Integrated with YouTube Studio, the feature allows creators to ask questions about their channel's performance. According to Google, AI analyzes account data to answer questions, explain metrics, summarize audience comments and suggest ideas for new content.
Users will be able to ask questions such as "How has my latest video performed?", "What is the audience saying about my editing style?", "Which age group interacts most with my channel?" and "What type of content most attracts my audience?".

The company claims that the tool can also analyze scripts before recording. Based on this material, AI can suggest improvements and "offer feedback based on best practices recommended by YouTube."
"In addition to helping the creator expand the channel, AI can also provide guidance to improve revenue generation within the platform," said Max Oliveira, YouTube's senior product marketing manager for Latin America, in a conversation with journalists before Google for Brazil.
The tool is now available to all creators in Brazil and appears as a glow icon (✨) within YouTube Studio.
YouTube also took advantage of the event to release data on the platform's economic impact in Brazil. According to the company, the creator ecosystem generated more than 150 thousand full-time equivalent jobs in the country in 2025.
Also according to Google, YouTube and its network of creators contributed more than R$6 billion to the Brazilian Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the period. The company also reported that more than 4,500 Brazilian channels have already surpassed the 1 million subscriber mark.
