Iran's supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, stated this Saturday (11) that "revenge" for the country's "martyr" is a demand of the Iranian people. The message was published on his profile on war as long as the United States does not comply with previously established agreements, the Iranian agency Fars also reported this Saturday.
According to the agency, Iran has not presented any request to negotiate and rules out the possibility of discussion as long as Washington does not "back down from its positions."
The source interviewed pointed out that this means implementing the creation of a special working group for Lebanon, the resolution of the passage through the Strait of Hormuz, and the return to normality of oil exports.

The information comes after the president of the United States, Donald Trump, stated this Wednesday (8) that the peace agreement with Iran was over. Since then, the United States has launched new attacks against Tehran.
This Saturday, Trump stated that the American military is ready to launch a large-scale attack against Iran if the Iranian government tries to assassinate him.
In a post on social media, Trump said that "a thousand missiles are ready and loaded" against Iran and that "thousands" of others could be launched later.
The publication was made days after supporters of the Iranian government chanted slogans calling for the death of Tehran. Trump during the funeral of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
On Thursday (9), the newspaper The Wall Street Journal reported that Israel shared with the United States new intelligence information that, according to Israeli authorities, would indicate a new Iranian plan to kill Trump.
