Left-back Yasmim Ribeiro approached Corinthians to evaluate the possibility of a return to the club, but the black and white board decided not to move forward with negotiations at this time. The player is free on the market after terminating her contract with Real Madrid, in Spain, and is working to recover from an injury to her right knee.
According to information from Meu Timão, Yasmim sought out Corinthians even before making his departure from the Spanish club official. The athlete's intention was to carry out the recovery process from the total rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava, using the club's structure during the stages of treatment, physiotherapy, muscle strengthening and transition to returning to the pitch.

Surgery to treat the injury to his right knee is scheduled to take place next week. The procedure was pending healing of the collateral ligament, and the costs will be fully paid by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF).
Even without ongoing negotiations with Corinthians, Yasmim continues to be watched on the market. Clubs from the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais showed interest in the athlete's situation, as well as teams from abroad, mainly from Mexico.

If a new agreement is not reached, Yasmim will continue with a remarkable trajectory in Corinthians women's football. The winger defended the club between 2017 and 2024 and established herself as one of the most important players in Brabas' recent history.
During her time at Timão, the athlete played 236 matches, 191 as a starter, scored 18 goals and distributed 51 assists. In total, he directly participated in 69 goals and won 17 titles with the black and white shirt.
