Tensions due to the harsh immigration policy of the Donald Trump government during the World Cup have already begun. On Monday (8), upon arriving in the United States, the Senegal team was subjected to rigorous testing.

The screening was carried out on the runway, at Houston international airport, in Texas. The players and members of the delegation were searched, one by one, with metal detectors and luggage inspection.
Only after the inspection, the Senegalese team was allowed to enter the airport terminal and continue their journey to their training center.
