The Brazilian fans provoked the Norwegians in Brooklyn. The famous "Viking paddle", which went viral all over the world, was adapted into the famous Rio funk song "Dança do Créu".

Brazil and Norway face each other this Sunday (5), at 5pm (Brasília time), in a game valid for the round of 16 of the 2026 World Cup.

In this edition of the World Cup, Norway has left its trademark with the famous "Viking row". Far beyond the great performances of Erling Haaland and company, the Norwegian fans spread a choreography across the host countries that has had repercussions around the world.

The emergence of the choreographed celebration was born with elementary school teacher Ole Frøystad, also known as Mr Row Row. In an interview with a Norwegian website, he revealed that the "Viking row" is ancient.
