The World Cup begins this Thursday (11). But, before the ball rolls, there will be a series of presentations.
It will be the first time that the competition will take place in three countries: Mexico, Canada and the United States. Therefore, there will be three opening shows.
Singer Shakira will perform in Mexico City in the first of the three opening ceremonies of the World Cup. Brazilian Anitta is the attraction of the party in Los Angeles.

The Colombian singer will perform "Dai Dai", the official song of the tournament, before the opening match between Mexico, one of the host countries, and South Africa. The performance will be made alongside Nigerian singer Burna Boy.
FIFA has planned opening ceremonies in each of the host countries, with events also before the opening games in the United States and Canada.
The highest governing body in football Mundial released the program for the show in Mexico, which will also feature Alejandro Fernández, Belinda, Danny Ocean, J Balvin, Lila Downs, Los Ángeles Azules, Maná and Tyla.

In Toronto, on June 12, Alanis Morissette and Michael Bublé will be the main attractions before the match between Canada and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Later on the same day, Katy Perry, the pop star Lisa, from the group BLACKPINK, the singer Nigerian afrobeats singer Rema, Brazilian Anitta and rapper Future will perform in Los Angeles before the clash between the United States and Paraguay.
FIFA informed that more artists will be announced for the ceremonies in the USA and Canada.

The three ceremonies are being produced by the Italian Marco Balich, responsible for the opening ceremony of this year's Milan-Cortina Winter Olympic Games. Each event will be held approximately 90 minutes before the matches begin.
Shakira is also among the headliners of the World Cup final halftime show, in a similar format to the Super Bowl. The singer will share the stage with Madonna and the South Korean band BTS.
The song Dai Dai aims to raise US$100 million for the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund.
