Following the official openings of the 2026 World Cup, held in Mexico yesterday afternoon and in Canada earlier this Friday (12), the Los Angeles Stadium hosted the third opening ceremony of the event. With performances by Lisa, Anitta, Tyla, rapper Future and Katy Perry, the event closed the initial celebrations of the competition.
During the presentations, the public reacted to the performances, with emphasis on the song "Goals", a partnership between Lisa, Nigerian rapper Rema and Brazilian Anitta. Written with excerpts in different languages, a clip full of color combinations and with the illustrious participation of the mascots and the Trionda ball, the song combines the voices of the three artists in different environments and moments of the composition.
Internet users highlighted the performance of singer Tyla, who had already performed yesterday, performing the anthem of South Africa, her country of origin.
Singer Katy Perry was one of the highlights of the night, after giving something to talk about her love life. Katy ended her almost ten-year relationship with Orlando Bloom and, in October of the same year, the American began to be spotted with Canadian politician Justin Trudeau at his 41st birthday party.
