Wives of national team players say goodbye before the World Cup

There are 15 days left until the 2026 World Cup and the Brazilian team players are already starting to arrive at Granja Comary, in Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro, to prepare for the competition. The movement resulted in publications from the athletes' wives, who expressed support for their teammates on social media.

Celebrities such as Bruna Biancardi, Gabriely Miranda and Duda Fournier wrote messages to their partners and wished them luck on their journey to the United States for the World Cup.

The influencer shared a family photo with Neymar and her daughters, Mavie, 2 years old, and Mel, 10 months old. "May God bless you, love. We love you!", she wrote in the publication. The couple has been together since 2022.

Gabriely Miranda
Endrick's wife published a statement to her partner and spoke about the player's love for football and the national team. Pregnant with the couple's first child, Miranda praised the "shine in his eyes" when talking about the World Cup.

"Enjoy every moment of this achievement. I can see the sparkle in your eyes when you talk about the World Cup to me. May you be able to convey this on the field, so that all Brazilians can see your love for the nation and for football. You're just a boy wanting to play football", she declared.

Duda Fournier
Lucas Paquetá's wife shared in her stories a screenshot of a video call with her husband, with whom she has two children. "May the Lord bless you, keep you and protect you every day. Enjoy every second; you deserve to smile like that! I love you," she wrote in the post.

She and the player, who wore a blue Seleção shirt, have been married since 2018 and met when Paquetá was still playing for Flamengo.

The influencer posted support for her husband, Luiz Henrique, with a photo in which the player packs his bags to travel to Rio de Janeiro.

"Today another dream begins... Seeing you wearing this shirt and representing our country is an emotion that cannot fit in my chest. I am so proud of the incredible man you are, your dedication, your strength and the giant heart you take to the field [...] I will always be here, cheering, vibrating and thanking you for living all this by your side", she wrote in her Instagram stories.

Leticia Carvalho said goodbye to her husband, Igor Thiago, in Instagram stories with a biblical verse.

"A very special good day! The day has arrived. Deuteronomy 11:24-25. The Lord is with you, my love, Let the light of Christ shine", she wrote, alongside a black and white photo of the player.
