Who are the victims of a small plane crash in the interior of SP

Pilot Gabriel Maloni da Cruz and passenger Henrique Guariente were present in the small plane that crashed, on the morning of this Wednesday (10), near Frank Miloye Milenkovich Airport, in Marília, in the interior of São Paulo.

The two were trapped in the aircraft's hardware and died at the scene. A third passenger, identified as Pablo, was rescued alive.

The plane was owned by businessman Carlos Eduardo Alves, owner of the company Pozan Alimentos, where Maloni had been working for around 2 years.

On social media, shaken, Carlos lamented the loss of Gabriel and Henrique. He also informed that he was not on the aircraft at the time of the accident and that he is fine.

"As many know, our aircraft ended up crashing today in a fatal accident with our pilot and people who were together. My condolences to the family. Gabriel loved what he did, always willing to do what he was doing, for me it is such a loss", he said.

The company also published an official note stating that it will continue to contribute to the competent authorities regarding investigations into the accident.

Understand the case
According to Rede Voa, which manages the airport, the plane was flying with three passengers and crashed in the area of a club after taking off from the terminal. The Fire Department reported that two people died and the third was rescued.

The aircraft with registration number PT-MDB had taken off from the airport at around 11am. The fall occurred close to the club's football field.

When consulting the aircraft in the RAB (Brazilian Aeronautical Register), of Anac (National Civil Aviation Agency), the plane is listed as being in a "normal situation" for airworthiness.

The aircraft is private and has two conventional engines.

The Fire Department and Samu (Mobile Emergency Care Service) were called and are at the scene. In total, 7 vehicles were involved in the incident.
