Vorcaro asked Sicário to "go up" as captain of the yacht where he was throwing a party
Captain Luis Felipe Woyceichoski, responsible for the exclusive yacht on which Daniel Vorcaro held private parties in Angra dos Reis, said he was threatened with death after recording the damage that the former banker and his guests did to the vessel.
Statements and documents obtained by the PF (Federal Police) show that Vorcaro himself asked A Turma, a group made up of retired police officers, militia members and bicheiros responsible for intimidating enemies, among other functions, to "go after" the captain.
According to reports released by Minister André Mendonça of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), seven men went to the marina to look for Woyceichoski in search of "filming from the boat, as well as image records and logbook notes relating to situations that, according to their perception, put the integrity of the vessel and passengers at risk."
To the PF, the captain explained that he was hired by the company Solar Administração in January 2023 in order to monitor the construction of "Solar I", a three-story, 133-foot yacht used exclusively by Vorcaro in Angra dos Reis, on the Costa Verde. According to Woyceichoski, he and the former banker had a peaceful relationship, but his habit of reporting the "inappropriate use of the vessel" at parties strained contact between the two.
"In the case of the use of the jet ski by one of Daniel's [Vorcaro] guests. She collided lightly with the stern of the boat, returned and hit the stairs. So I took it and made a take of that moment. For example: the women were applying suntan lotion and lying down on the upholstery next to the pool. It was stained. So, we were worried. After a while, the guy's wife comes to me and says: 'Hey, who used that upholstery?'", he explained. Woyceichoski in his testimony. "I was in a super embarrassing condition."
According to PF investigations, Vorcaro contacted Luiz Phillipi Machado de Moraes Mourão, known as Sicário, on May 28, 2024. On that date, he asked A Turma to collect the details of the boat's captain because, according to him, they would have to "go up". The reason was the recordings made during the use of the yacht, in Angra. He also asked them to threaten chef Leandro Garcia da Silva, but said that "the main thing is first", in reference to the captain.
A few days after the conversation with Mourão, Vorcaro forwarded a video made by Leandro and asked Sicário to go to Angra "with Fabiano and the police". The company mentioned by Mourão is Fabiano Zettel, brother-in-law of the former banker.
According to a report made to the PF, Woyceichoski was in São Paulo when he received a call from friends saying that there were "very strange people" dressed as "paralimitians" looking for him.
Shortly later, he received a call from someone who identified himself as Manoel and said he was a friend of Daniel Vorcaro. The man questioned what Woyceichoski would have against the former banker and said that he was also a businessman, not "formal like Vorcaro", but that he "messed with the animal game". Later, the PF identified that he was Manoel Mendes Rodrigues, operator of Jogo do Bicho.
The captain of the yacht explained that the recorded materials had "operational aspects" in reporting to the lawyer and the director of operations of the company he worked for.
"He [Manoel] began to outline to me in a very intimidating way that he knew who I had been, that he had seen me in the center of Angra, the time I entered, that I was with my wife and that I had been a prison officer in Goiás", reported the captain, in a statement to the PF.

A month after the threats, Woyceichoski was fired and left Angra os Reis.
The investigation highlights that the Vorcaro "used its command position to initiate measures of embarrassment and intimidation against people functionally linked to the vessel Solar I, following news of recording and in the context of the possible existence of sensitive records produced on board".
