Vitru closes public offering of shares with a total value of R$ 203.5 million

Vitru Educação reported on Thursday night (21) that it had closed the public offering for primary distribution of 15.7 million shares at the price of R$ 13.00 per share, as communicated to the market.

The offer, aimed exclusively at professional investors and with priority given to the company's shareholders for subscription, totaled R$203.5 million, the company said.

The number of shares initially offered was increased by a supplementary lot equivalent to 15% of the total, that is, 2.04 million new shares issued by the company, said Vitru.
