Virginia's mother opens up about her relationship with Zé Felipe: "A son"
Margareth Serrão, 60, mother of Virginia Fonseca, 27, revealed what her relationship with her ex-son-in-law Zé Felipe, 28, is like. In an interview, she admitted that, even after her daughter's relationship ended, she maintains friendship with the singer.
"I love Zé Felipe, I have him as a son, I've always liked him, I'm in love with him. Zé is reciprocal, what I feel for him and he for me. Because he considers me like a mother, you know", said Serrão.
She also explained that despite the love she feels for her ex-son-in-law, she does not accept seeing wrong things and remaining silent. "If I have to say things, because I don't touch anyone's head, not his son, not his grandson, not his. And if I have to get his attention, he stays quiet. He listens, but he doesn't do it, but he listens. He stays quiet", she said.
Amid speculation about a return between Virginia and Zé Felipe, the influencer's mother revealed that she hopes for the best for her ex-son-in-law. "I really root for his happiness and he knows that, he knows the love I have for him. I pray for him every night", he revealed.
Since Virginia ended her relationship with player Vini Jr, 25, in May this year, Margareth Serrão has shown support for her daughter's possible return to ex-husband Zé Felipe.
During her granddaughter Maria Alice's birthday, last May, Margareth Serrão stated that she wanted the couple to resume their relationship.
"Of course I want it. Let's all pray that God allows this. It's my dream", she said at the time.
