Vinicius Jr. defends Virginia after insults from the fans at Maracanã; look

Vinicius Jr. went public to defend Virginia Fonseca this Sunday (31), after the influencer received insults from some of the fans at the friendly between Brazil and Panama, held at Maracanã.

"I would like to ask, with all my affection, not to offend Virginia. We had a very beautiful relationship and I would like you to support it, because everything is fine between us", wrote the 25-year-old striker in a post on social media.

The incident happened shortly after Vini Jr's goal, the first of the Brazilian team's 6-2 victory. Casemiro, Rayan, Lucas Paquetá, Igor Thiago and Danilo Santos scored the other goals for the team led by Carlo Ancelotti.

"Respect and affection continue! Let's go together for Hexa!!", he added. Virginia Fonseca was even caught celebrating the great goal scored by the Real Madrid player. The two dated for seven months and ended their relationship on May 15.
