A woman saved a man from being run over by a train in Apucarana, in the north of Paraná, last Wednesday (3).

A security camera recorded the moment of the incident, showing that the moment the man falls onto the tracks and the woman, identified as Karla França, runs to lift him, seconds before the train passes.

According to the time marked on the camera, Karla reached the man at 1:39:26 pm. She pulled the man over and made sure he was off the tracks. It was 1:39:34 pm when the train passed by them.

Karla is a teacher and was taking her daughter to school at the time the incident occurred. She said on her social networks, where she has more than 6 thousand followers, that at the moment she didn't think much, she doesn't even remember if she pulled the handbrake, she just left her husband and daughter in the car and ran towards the man.

In her reports, she still appears shaken and comments that she has not yet absorbed everything that happened at that moment and is still trying to understand how she came to this initiative.

She still confesses astonishment, as she is afraid of trains. The woman explains that she has no difficulty riding the vehicle, but she is afraid when she sees him coming towards her from far away, a vision she actually had when rescuing the man on the tracks.
