Video: woman arrived unconscious at clinic after cosmetic procedure

A video obtained by CNN Brasil shows the moment in which the woman who died after feeling ill following a cosmetic procedure on her buttocks arrives at the doctor's office in Brooklin, in the south zone of São Paulo, this Tuesday morning (26).

The recording from the Brooklin Office security camera, which lasts about three minutes in total, shows the victim arriving at the scene already in a wheelchair and unconscious. She is removed from a car by two women, while two other companions walk alongside.

The victim was identified as Roseli Fernandes de Oliveira Romeiro Vieira, aged 48. The death occurred this Tuesday (26).

After entering the building's hall, the women try to remove the victim from the wheelchair, who is unable to move. At this moment, another woman who was near the reception desk and was making a call starts to help with the service.

The images also show that, while first aid was being carried out, one of the women helping with the rescue quickly leaves and tries to make a call on her cell phone.

According to the Public Security Secretariat, the woman had undergone a cosmetic procedure on her buttocks the day before and returned to the office after feeling severe pain and discomfort.

Death and investigation
According to CNN Brasil from the SSP-SP (São Paulo Public Security Secretariat), the victim had undergone, the day before, an aesthetic filling procedure in the buttocks applied by a 36-year-old doctor.

The patient returned to the office to be reevaluated. However, upon arriving at the scene, he suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest.

The doctor began resuscitation procedures while still in the office until the arrival of Samu, who also tried to help the victim. Despite attempts, the woman did not resist and died at the scene.

The case was registered as suspicious death, accidental death and homicide in the 27th DP (Campo Belo). Investigations are ongoing to clarify the circumstances of the death.
