Video: shooting between criminals leaves dead in the south of Rio de Janeiro

A shootout between criminals was caught on video by several residents in the upper part of Morro da Babilônia, in Leme, in the south zone of Rio, this Friday morning (22).

According to residents of the region, shots were fired after an attempted invasion by members of the Comando Vermelho faction in the community known as "Caminho do Rosário", commanded by the TCP (Terceiro Comando Puro).

According to the Military Police, in the morning, agents noticed several unknown gunshots in the region. After the clashes in the area ceased, the police located the bodies of two men.

In a statement, the Civil Police reported that there was policing and tactical siege by agents. The incident was registered at the 12th DP (Copacabana).
