Video: see the moment of the launch of Starship, a SpaceX mission

SpaceX launched Starship this Friday (22), considered the largest and most powerful rocket ever built in the world. Takeoff took place at the Starbase base, in Texas, United States, at 7:30 pm Brasília time.

The flight marks a new test of Starship after a seven-month break and is part of Elon Musk's company's campaign to develop a fully reusable space transportation system.

During the mission, the Super Heavy booster separated from the ship a few minutes after takeoff, while the Starship continued on a suborbital trajectory through space.

According to SpaceX, the objective of the flight is to test structural improvements, new Raptor engines and ship control systems during the ascent, re-entry into the atmosphere and landing in the ocean.

Starship is approximately 124 meters tall and is part of NASA's plans for future missions in the Artemis program, which aims to take astronauts back to the Moon. The company also plans to use the vehicle in future missions to Mars.
