Video: see images of the medical discharge of the woman who was left adrift in Ilhabela
The young Bruna Damaris, aged 26, was medically discharged this Thursday (28) after remaining hospitalized at the Governador Mário Covas Júnior Municipal Hospital, in Ilhabela, for more than two days. She spent around 42 hours adrift at sea before being rescued this Tuesday (26).
Images released by Ilhabela City Hall show the moment of leaving the hospital. A celebration was prepared to welcome her, with special decoration and a balloon with the phrase "I am a miracle". See the gallery above.
In the images, Bruna appears being led in a wheelchair by a nurse through the corridors of the health unit. Other photographs show the young woman visibly emotional while talking to people who were with her at the scene.
It is still possible to notice some marks on the body, mainly on the neck and arms. Bruna was accompanied by her colleague Dheorge Pereira when she suffered an accident with a jet-ski in the region of Ilhabela, on the coast of São Paulo. He's still missing.
Leaving the hospital
When leaving the hospital in a wheelchair, Bruna was applauded and accompanied by family and doctors. CNN Brasil had access to images provided by the newspaper Tribuna do Povo Ilhabela.

Search for missing friend
The search for Dheorge Pereira reached its fifth day. According to firefighters, around three vessels from GBMar, three vessels and an aircraft from the Brazilian Navy were involved in the incident, in addition to air support from an aircraft from the FAB (Brazilian Air Force) and the CAvPM (Military Police Aviation Command).
During the work, a vest was found. GBMar (Maritime Fire Brigade) confirmed, this Thursday (28), that the object belonged to it.
Remember the case
Bruna and Gheorge were participating in a get-together on the beach together with a group of friends when, around 4pm last Sunday (24), they went for a ride on a watercraft, without informing a defined destination. Soon after, they were no longer seen.
Dheoge even published a video riding the jet ski before disappearing. See:

From this, the corporation was called and search protocols were initiated. The fire crews, together with the PM's Águia Helicopter, managed to locate the following day, on Monday afternoon (25), part of the jet-ski sunk in the water. This contributed to delimiting a more precise search area.

According to reports from those involved to GBMar, the cell phone of one of the victims was located inside the watercraft with a low battery charge, but with no signal from the victims. On Tuesday, Bruna was found alive near Ilha do Tamanduá, in Caraguatatuba.
