Passengers immobilize man who tried to open plane door during flight
Passengers and crew immobilize a man who tried to open the emergency door and break into the flight deck of a plane during a flight between Puerto Rico and the city of Chicago, in the United States. The case was registered on Sunday (31). See the action in the video above.

According to the American network CBS News, the man stated that he wanted to leave the aircraft and tried to open the exit doors during the flight. The crew ordered him to return to his seat, but he ignored the instructions and headed towards the pilots' cabin.
Also according to the broadcaster, a flight attendant who was off duty offered to sit next to the passenger to prevent him from getting up again. However, when the employee went to the bathroom, he ended up being attacked by the man.
Passengers, including a jiu-jitsu athlete, managed to intervene and held the suspect down. Afterwards, he was immobilized using ropes and belts. Videos circulating on social media show the moment in which the man remains tied to the seat until the aircraft lands.
The incident occurred on Frontier Airlines flight 3345. The aircraft was diverted to Miami, in the United States, where the man was removed by security agents.
According to the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the plane landed safely at Miami International Airport. The passenger was arrested and charged with minor assault, local police reported.
After the man was detained, the flight took off again bound for Chicago.
