A parachutist falls into a tent after the US flag attached to his body gets tangled up in a tree. The accident happened on July 2, but records of the fall went viral this Saturday (4) on social media, Independence Day in the United States.
According to local vehicles, the parachutist, identified as Ross Vail, was making a planned entry during the opening ceremony of a rodeo in California, when the flag became attached to a tree near the scene, leading to an abrupt change in its route towards the ground.

In the videos, it is possible to see the parachutist falling with his equipment open onto the tent. Despite the fall, Vail walked away with just a cut on his lip.
Moments later, the parachutist entered the central part of the arena to show that he was fine and received applause from the crowd. Rodeo organizers confirmed that Vail returned the following night and successfully completed his parachute entry.
