VIDEO: mud flood kills 3 people in India after tunnel construction site gives way

A landslide killed three people in the state of Kerala, in southern India, this Tuesday (7).
Images recorded by a security camera show the moment when a huge flood of mud descends down the street, dragging people and vehicles.
When they saw the danger approaching, several residents ran away, but seven people are still missing, according to the Reuters news agency.
According to local authorities, the cause of the incident was the rupture of the construction site of a maintenance work that was being done in a tunnel because of heavy rains.
In a statement, Kerala Chief Minister V. D. Satheeshan said that an emergency meeting was held following the incident: instructions to coordinate rescue operations without delay".
