Video: man hits curb and is thrown into stream in MG

A man was injured after being thrown into a stream when the motorcycle he was riding crashed into a street curb, this Friday morning (5), in the Mantiqueira neighborhood, in Belo Horizonte (MG).

According to the Fire Department, the team was called around 9:20 in the morning to respond to a fall from a height.

In a video released by the public and obtained by CNN Brasil, it is possible to see the moment in which the man loses control of the vehicle, hits the curb and is thrown into the stream.

According to the corporation, a support unit from Samu (Mobile Emergency Care Service) was at the scene and requested support from the Fire Department personnel to remove the victim from the scene.

During the rescue, the military entered the stream and used a stretcher to lift the man.

According to firefighters, the victim was confused and had injuries to his body. After being removed from the scene, the man was taken to the Hospital Pronto-Socorro João XXIII.
