US Navy searches for helicopter crew after landing in Arabian Sea

The US Navy is searching for a missing crew member after the crash of an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter this Wednesday (1st) in the Arabian Sea, the naval force announced.

The helicopter, assigned to the USS George H.W. Bush, "performed an emergency water landing in the Arabian Sea. There is no indication that the emergency was caused by hostile action," CENTCOM (US Cental Command) said in a post on the social network X.

"Three of the helicopter's four crew members were rescued and are in stable condition aboard the George H.W. Bush. U.S. Navy resources in the region are currently searching for the other crew member who is still missing."

It is unclear what caused the accident; The social media post reported that the incident is under investigation.
