US Navy searches for crew member after emergency landing in Arabian Sea

The United States Navy is searching for a missing crew member after an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter crashed in the Arabian Sea on Wednesday (1st), the corporation said.

The aircraft, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush, "performed an emergency water landing in the Arabian Sea."

According to the US Naval Forces Central Command, there is no evidence that the incident was caused by hostile action.

Three of the four crew members were rescued and are in stable condition aboard the USS George H.W. Bush. US Navy assets in the region continue the search for the fourth crew member, who remains missing.

The cause of the incident is still unknown. The Navy reported that the case is under investigation.
