US court condemns Cuban for ordering the death of her gallerist ex-husband in Rio

The United States Court convicted Daniel Sikkema of hiring a hired killer to kill her ex-husband, gallerist Brent Sikkema, in January 2024, in Jardim Botânico, in the south zone of Rio de Janeiro.

The information was released by the United States Attorney's Office in Manhattan, this Friday (22).

According to Jay Clayton, United States federal prosecutor, during a divorce process with her then-husband, Daniel used a burner phone to "coldly" order Brent's murder.

"The tragedy of Brent Sikkema's death now has a meaningful outcome, as a unanimous jury of New Yorkers has held Daniel responsible for his senseless, cold-blooded murder," the prosecutor concluded.
