Uruguayan Federation is confident that it will be able to count on Arrascaeta in the World Cup

In a meeting with the president of Uruguay, Yamandú Orsi, the president of the Uruguayan Football Association (AUF) reassured fans about the physical state of Giorgian De Arrascaeta.
