UFO surprised US military after being seen at intriguing speed

The United States Department of War has released the fourth batch of declassified files related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) as part of a broader initiative ordered earlier this year by President Donald Trump. The new release provides details about UFOs (Unidentified Flying Object).

This process is part of the newly created Pursue (Presidential Opening and Reporting System for UAP Encounters), led by the Department of War with support from ODNI (Office of the Director of National Intelligence).

Among the records is a video taken in the eastern United States in 2015, which shows an object at an intriguing speed.

The video contains 21 seconds of footage likely captured by an infrared sensor aboard a US military platform.

The United States Navy UAPTF (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Task Force) transferred this media to the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) in 2022.

No formal data handling practices existed for records related to UAPs at the time this media was reported to the UAPTF. This media has been digitally altered before being reported to the institution.

Another case
In July 2025, at around 9:00 pm Northeastern United States local time, an eyewitness observed bright, intense lights in his yard while parking his car after returning from work.

The light hovered approximately 25 feet off the ground, below a row of trees near the center of the yard, an estimated distance of 90 feet. At this moment, the witness briefly exited the vehicle, which caught the attention of his companion, who also went to assess the situation.
