UFC at Casa Branca is delayed, and Alex Poatan's fight gets a new time; look
The historic edition of the UFC, which will be held in the gardens of the White House, in Washington, United States, has been slightly delayed.
Initially, the fights were scheduled to start at 9pm (Brasília time). However, the UFC informed that the broadcast of the card will begin precisely at that time, which pushed the fight schedule to later.
With the change, the first fight of the night, between Diego Lopes and Steve Garcia, takes place at around 10pm. The expectation is that the other fights on the main card will also undergo adjustments to their schedules.
The change directly impacts Brazilian fans who are waiting for Alex Pereira to participate.
The Brazilian will face Frenchman Ciryl Gane in a fight for the interim heavyweight belt, in one of the most anticipated attractions of the event. The fight is the penultimate, and should not start before 11pm (Brasília time).
The tendency is for the main fights to take place closer to the early hours of Monday (15), although the UFC has not yet released a new official time for the main fight.
