Trump says Iran just needs to 'start signing a document' for deal

US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday (10) that all Iran needs to do is "start signing a document" to reach an agreement to end the war.

"All they have to do is start signing a document. It's fully negotiated," Trump said in the Oval Office of the White House.

"We have a fully negotiated document - but they're stalling, and they say, 'Okay, let's give them a few more days'. They're stalling because it's an important document," he added.

Trump promises more attacks on Iran
Trump also promised more attacks on Iran after posting on social media this Wednesday that the country "took too long to negotiate a deal that would have been great for them."

"We're going to hit them, hit them very hard," Trump told reporters at the White House, citing Iran's downing of an Apache helicopter in the Strait of Hormuz.

"Based on the helicopter, I think we have the right to do that," he told reporters.
