Trump says he spoke with Lula at the G7, calls Brazil a 'politically difficult country' and confuses Bolsonaro's children

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, stated this Wednesday (17) that he spoke with President Lula during the G7 summit, and called Brazil a "politically difficult country".

The US president was asked about his interaction with Lula by the TV Globo reporter Bianca Rothier, during a press interview at the Evian summit, in France.
When asked if he spoke with Lula about the new tariff against Brazil and about the designation of the PCC and the CV as terrorist groups, Trump only confirmed that he spoke with the Brazilian president:
"Yes, I spent a lot of time with him [Lula], actually", said Trump, without detailing the content of the conversation.
Afterwards, Trump criticized Brazil: "It has become a somewhat complicated country, isn't it? Politically. It's been a little dangerous politically."
The US president continued commenting on the elections in Brazil and seemed to confuse Bolsonaro's sons, Flávio and Eduardo Bolsonaro.
"It's been unpleasant. I heard that they arrested someone who is running for office today. because he made a statement in Texas. They arrested him, or want to arrest him".
Afterwards, Trump seemed to draw a parallel between the electoral processes in Brazil and the USA. "They [Brazil] play hard, but no one plays harder than the United States. Our elections are completely stolen," he said.
Trump's confusion among Bolsonaro's children comes one day after the First Panel of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) condemned the impeached deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL) for attempting to interfere in his father's trial in the coup plot. Eduardo was sentenced to four years and two months in prison.
Eduardo, however, was not arrested. The case has not yet become final, therefore, there is no arrest warrant against the impeached deputy, who lives in the United States.

Furthermore, Eduardo is not a pre-candidate for president, but his brother, Flávio Bolsonaro - who is not facing legal action.
