Trump appears again with marks on his hands during the G7 summit
US President Donald Trump appeared again with visible marks on one of his hands during the G7 summit, held in Evian-les-Bains, France.
The image was recorded during a working session with group leaders and international investment partners. The marks had already been observed on other occasions throughout 2025, raising questions about the health of the American president.
The White House had already addressed the topic previously. In July 2025, spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt reported that tests carried out after episodes of swelling in the legs and bruises on the hands showed that Trump suffers from chronic venous insufficiency, a condition considered common in people over 70 years of age.
At the time, the White House also stated that the bruises observed on the hands were compatible with irritations caused by frequent handshakes and the daily use of aspirin as part of preventive cardiovascular treatment.
In January of this year, Trump even attributed a bruise on his left hand to hitting a table during an event in Switzerland. At the time, he also stated that the high dose of aspirin he uses makes him more prone to developing bruises.
According to an interview with the Wall Street Journal, the president stated that he takes 325 milligrams of aspirin daily, an amount higher than the preventive dose normally recommended by doctors. His personal doctor, Sean Barbabella, said the medication helps him break out blemishes more easily.
In August 2025, Trump was also photographed with makeup covering marks on his hands during an event in the Oval Office. At the time, the White House reiterated that the bruises were related to the use of aspirin and frequent public engagements that involve physical contact with supporters and authorities.

Recent exams
Trump's most recent medical exams, released by the White House in May 2026, showed that the president is in "excellent health" and able to fully perform his duties.
The doctor recommended increasing physical activity, continuing weight loss and maintaining preventive care.
The document also recorded an improvement in the swelling previously observed in the legs. According to the report, the president presented excellent cognitive performance, with a maximum score on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test, in addition to normal results in neurological and cardiovascular exams.
To date, the White House has not specifically commented on the new images recorded during the G7 summit.
