"Tremembé": what to expect from the second season? Actors respond to CNN
The series "Tremembé", launched in 2025, became a phenomenon in streaming by portraying some of Brazil's best-known criminals in prison. Filming for the second season ended this month and now the public is waiting for the plots to unfold and new characters.
In addition to Alexandre Nardoni (Lucas Oradovschi), Anna Carolina Jatobá (Bianca Comparato), the Cravinhos brothers (Felipe Simas and Kelner Macêdo), Suzane von Richthofen (Marina Ruy Barbosa), Elize Matsunaga (Carol Garcia) and Sandrão (Letícia Rodrigues), Dominique Scharf (Giovanna Antonelli), Robinho (Ícaro Silva) and Thiago Brennand (João Vicente) arrive at the "prison of the famous".
CNN Brasil visited the set of "Tremembé" and followed a day of recording. In an interview with CNN Brasil, the actors gave clues about what to expect from the second season.
Daniel Cravinhos: a more hopeful phase
To CNN, Felipe Simas, who plays Daniel Cravinhos, described returning to the character as an intense physical and emotional process, highlighting a new phase for the inmate in the plot.
"She's a little lighter, she's a little more enlightened, she's a little more hopeful. He finds life despite prison, and that changes all the circumstances, the relationships", explained the actor.
"He gains body, so he feels more confident, unlike the first season, in which he tried to take his own life", he added.
Christian Cravinhos: the weight of the consequences
Kelner Macêdo, responsible for bringing Christian Cravinhos to life, described the second season as emotionally denser for his character.
"Now we will follow the moment when the weight of his actions fall on his shoulders", said the actor. According to Macêdo, this is when "the consequence of the terrible act he took in his life is actually established."
The actor also anticipated that the public will see Christian confront his own choices in a solitary way.
"We're going to see this Christian alone inside this prison. If we take away his foundation, which is his affection, his relationship with his brother, what's left?" asked Macêdo.
For him, it's "an even deeper dive, emotionally speaking."

Alexandre Nardoni: reunion and attempt at a fresh start
Lucas Oradovschi, who plays Alexandre Nardoni, said that the second season will bring new layers to the character, including an important transition within the prison system.
This movement opens up space for reunion with family and "the attempt at a fresh start in life, all the anguish, fears, afflictions, hopes, expectations."
Oradovschi also highlighted that the Tremembé prison itself remains the main character of the season. "There are new characters arriving, there are other plots, there are many new stories to be told", expanding the universe of the series.
