Tom Morello, Serj Tankian and Roman Morello release powerful protest song

Tom Morello has brought together a strong team on his new single Adjourn It. The song features Serj Tankian, lead singer of System Of A Down, and Roman Morello, Tom's son, who at 15 years old also plays guitar on the track.

The song has a strong political message and addresses themes such as injustice, immigration, resistance and criticism of the advance of authoritarianism in the United States.

The clip uses excerpts from the film The Salt of the Earth, from 1954, mixing historical images with studio scenes of the musicians recording the track. Production was handled by Zakk Cervini.

According to Tom Morello, the song is an urgent call for freedom, justice and equality. Serj Tankian also highlighted the track's protest character against ICE's actions in the United States.

Roman Morello revealed that the song's main riff was created by him, showing that the family's musical talent remains strong.
