Tom Morello joins Foo Fighters, Jack Black and Serj Tankian at historic festival in the USA

Tom Morello announced the 2026 edition of the Power to the People festival, an event that mixes rock, art, activism and social mobilization.

The festival takes place on October 3, at the Merriweather Post Pavilion, in Columbia, Maryland, in the United States. Known for his work with Rage Against the Machine and his strong political presence, Morello wants to transform the event into a celebration of collective strength.

The program draws attention due to the weight of the guests. Among the confirmed names are Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews, Joan Baez, Jack Black, Cypress Hill, Killer Mike, Serj Tankian, Brittany Howard, Taylor Momsen, The Linda Lindas, Darryl DMC McDaniels, Matt Cameron, Grandson and Shepard Fairey.

In addition to the shows, Power to the People will have the Freedom Village, a space dedicated to civic engagement, education, community, mutual aid and social impact projects.

The presentations will be divided into two stages during the day. General ticket sales begin on Saturday, May 30th, with pre-sales on Friday, May 29th, by registering on the festival's official website.
