To the delight of fans of the soap opera "A Viagem", Diná and Otávio are back. An audience hit on television, Ivani Ribeiro's story will now have a film version, produced by Estúdios Globo and starring Carolina Dieckmmann and Rodrigo Lombardi.
"A Viagem" made history on Brazilian television. The original plot was shown in 1975 on TV Tupi. And it received a remake in 1994. In the first version, Eva Wilma played Diná, who was paired with Altair Lima, César Jordão, a character who, in the 1994 adaptation, was renamed Otávio. In the second version, it was up to Antonio Fagundes and Christiane Torloni to live the love story that goes beyond life.

The plot was replayed three times in "Vale a Pena Ver de Novo" (1997, 2006 and 2025) and sold to countries such as Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Dominican Republic, Russia, Uruguay and Venezuela, among others.
Written by Jaqueline Vargas and directed by Henrique Sauer, the film maintains the message about the power of emotional relationships and family ties, in addition to addressing karma and the importance of spiritual evolution, in life and after death.
