"The Devil Wears Prada 2" debuts at the top of the national box office

"The Devil Wears Prada 2" debuted at the top of the national box office. 20 years after the first film, Miranda (Meryl Streep), Andy (Anne Hathaway), Emily (Emily Blunt) and Nigel (Stanley Tucci) return to the streets of New York and the offices of "Runway" magazine for the highly anticipated sequel.

The documentary "Zico, the samurai of Quintino", which revisits the trajectory of the red-black idol, appears in fifth place. The film "2DIE4: 24 Hours on the Limit", which follows Brazilian driver Felipe Nasr in the Le Mans race, occupies eighth position.

Following this is the thriller "Exit 8", based on the video game of the same name, which follows a man trapped in an infinite subway passage.

The data from Comscore consultancy refers to the period between April 30th and May 3rd.
