Taylor Swift announces unprecedented partnership with Pixar for "Toy Story 5"; check it out
Singer Taylor Swift, 36, announced this Monday (1st) an unprecedented partnership with Pixar for the new animation in the "Toy Story" universe. The fifth animated feature is scheduled to premiere in Brazilian cinemas on June 18th.
The announcement was made through a themed countdown with details from the film. The countdown first appeared as a surprise to fans on the singer's official website in April, later, even with producers denying the allegations, the portal returned to the air.
According to the first information provided by the North American company, the release will be titled "I Knew It, I Knew You". With the CD version only available to consumers in the United States.
"Did you know! I've always dreamed of writing for these characters I adore since I was a 5-year-old watching the first 'Toy Story' movie. I instantly fell in love with 'Toy Story 5' when I was lucky enough to see it in its early stages, and I wrote this song as soon as I got home from the screening. Sometimes you just know, right?", she wrote in the caption of one post.
According to Swift's announcement, the new song will be available to viewers and lovers of the animated universe from June 5th, a week before the premiere of the film.

About the plot of "Toy Story 5"
The new plot will follow the protagonist of the last feature Bonnie, who is now a few years older. Now, however, the protagonist will have something new on her hands: a new tablet. Called Lilypad, the character will be voiced by Maísa.
Addicted to the new technology, the little girl begins to forget about Jessie, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the group. With the situation critical, Woody returns to help the toys alleviate Bonnie's obsession, while LilyPad, the new electronic device, takes on the role of the animation's villain.
The motto of the new animation, which promises to flood fans with nostalgia, will be "Times may change, but friends are forever."
