The wedding between Taylor Swift and American football player Travis Kelce is one of the most anticipated events in the international media.
After the couple got engaged in August 2025, there is a lot of speculation about how and when the event will be celebrated. And everything indicates that the big date is coming.

Where and when will it be?
According to the New York Times, there are several licenses and public records related to "a large event in New York during the July 4th weekend, which practically confirmed that Swift and Kelce will be able to hold events on July 2nd and 3rd".
The newspaper also states, as does the website TMZ, that the event should take place at Madison Square Garden.

What will it be like?
Everything indicates that it will be an event of great proportions, with celebrations on the 2nd and 3rd of July. TMZ reported that "a castle" was being built inside Madison Square Garden for the ceremony.
In addition, the wedding is expected to feature performances by guest artists. Asked if the ceremony would have a DJ, Travis Kelce responded that the two were "the types of people who enjoy live music."
Who's going?
In an interview with presenter Graham Norton's talk show, the singer even said that it would be "fun to plan the wedding", because she wouldn't stress about the number of guests. According to Taylor, she would invite "anyone she's ever spoken to."
The New York Times stated that around 100 guests are expected for an "intimate gathering" on July 2nd, followed by a larger party on the 3rd. Among those who have already said they will attend are player George Kittle, coach Andy Reid, presenter Graham Norton and actress and singer Suki Waterhouse.
