Sylvia Massari reports experience after the death of Guto Graça Mello

Actress and singer Sylvia Massari, 78, spoke in a post on social media this Friday (12) about her experience on her first Valentine's Day after the death of her husband, Guto Graça Mello, in May 2026. She says she felt, through the presence of a butterfly in her apartment, that she received a "special visit".

"First Valentine's Day without Guto, I took a shower and put on his perfume", he reported. "Since last night, a huge, beautiful butterfly was in the kitchen. This morning, it was still there, as if it was waiting for me to say 'Good morning!'."

In the comments, fans and friends celebrated Guto's memory and their relationship, which lasted 36 years, 26 of which were marriage. "He is definitely with you every day, dear Sylvia! Such a beautiful love! Eternal," wrote one. "Beautiful love! Guto forever", recalled another.

Producer and musical director Augusto César Graça Mello, also known as Guto Graça Mello, died on May 5, in Rio de Janeiro, at the age of 78. Considered one of the main names in music on Brazilian TV, he had been admitted to the Barra D'Or Hospital, in Barra da Tijuca, in the west zone of Rio, for more than a month after suffering a fall.
