The interruption affects primary care professionals and municipalities with expanded strategies, such as Botucatu (SP), Nova Lima (MG) and Maranguape (CE).

The government advised that the remaining doses be kept in the cold chain and not discarded.

Meanwhile, Anvisa, the Ministry and Butantan carry out technical analyzes and convene a committee of experts to deepen pharmacovigilance studies.

The measure does not affect the Qdenga vaccine, offered to children and adolescents in the public network.
