The Civil Police arrested, on Monday (1st), a man accused of trying to remove albums and sticker packs from the 2026 World Cup fraudulently acquired, in the Penha neighborhood, in the North zone of Rio de Janeiro.

According to the agents, the team was called by the management of a company after identifying suspicious purchases made through the network's application, using fraudulent credit cards.

The purchase made exceeds the value of R$700.

After consulting the company's system, the police found that the purchase had already been blocked due to suspected fraud, a fact confirmed by a technical anti-fraud analysis of the operator responsible for the transactions.
