"Supernatural" actor found dead after missing for days

Actor Stewart McLean was found dead after a week missing, according to an announcement from the Canadian homicide team released on Friday night (22).

At 45 years old, he had last been seen on May 15th. At the time, the actor was at his home, located in Lions Bay, British Columbia, Canada.

McLean's body was found near Vancouver and, according to information from People magazine, investigators are treating the case as a suspected homicide.

The Canadian Integrated Homicide Investigation Team reported that as the investigation progresses, investigators are working to collect and analyze evidence. Security camera footage is being reviewed and the case timeline is being assembled.

The team also reported that the actor's remains were identified one day after the announcement of his disappearance and the possible possibility of homicide came to light.

Stewart McLean began his acting career in 1995, with the production "Jolly: A Life".

Over the years, he made productions that became known in the audiovisual world, but stood out with his participation in "Supernatural", "Arrow", and "Virgin River".
