João Raul throws a party at his mansion, and Naiane confronts the boy.

Naiane pretends to be with João Raul at his party, and the singer gets uncomfortable. Eduarda suffers from her feelings for Leandro. Palhares and Cinara get together again. Ronei declares himself to Zilá and says he doesn't want to lose her. Janete helps Alaorzinho. Malvino pleases Agenor, and Laurinha approves. Walmir assures Alaor that he knows how to take care of himself. Rosinha resigns from João Raul and starts working with Agrado and Eduarda. Ronei decides that Eduarda will travel alone with Leandro, in order to spare Agrado, who has an injured foot. Cláudio talks to João Raul about his concern about Walmir. Guided by Ronei, João Raul invites Naiane to live in his mansion.

João Raul explains his plan to Naiane, who believes she will win the boy over again. Ana Castela and Gael enjoy the moment together. Everyone gets involved with the election for the presidency of the Amaral Group. Leandro vents to Palhares about Eduarda's confession. Rosinha reveals to Agrado that Naiane moved to João Raul's mansion. Rosalva and Leocádia ask Zilá to resign. Eduarda and Leandro exchange compliments during their trip. Ronei withdraws from the election for president of the Amaral Group to announce Zilá's candidacy.

Zilá is elected the new president of the Amaral Group, and Alaorzinho despairs. Naiane is upset when she finds Agrado's belongings in João Raul's house. Cinara and Palhares get involved again. Irene is suspicious of Walmir's behavior. Agrado gets angry when he receives a supposed message from João Raul, and decides to respond to the singer. João Raul looks for Agrado. Alaor and Alaorzinho catch Ronei and Zilá.
