STF has two votes to keep Vorcaro's father and cousin in prison
Minister Luiz Fux, of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), voted this Saturday (23) to maintain the arrests of Henrique Vorcaro and Felipe Cançado Vorcaro, father and cousin, respectively, of former banker Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master.
As a result, the Second Panel of the Supreme Court has two votes to maintain the duo's arrest. Fux accompanied the case's rapporteur at the Court, André Mendonça. On Friday (22), Minister Gilmar Mendes requested a review (more time for analysis) and suspended the trial taking place in the Court's virtual plenary session.
In addition to Gilmar's demonstration, there is also the vote of Minister Nunes Marques. Minister Dias Toffoli declared himself a suspect and is not participating in the analysis of the case.
Henrique and Felipe have been in prison since the 14th, when they were targets of the sixth phase of Operation Compliance Zero.
The two were members of the groups "A Turma" and "Os Boys", a structure made up of people with a "hacker profile" and focused on threats and obtaining confidential data.
According to an investigation by the PF (Federal Police), Henrique occupied a prominent position as a plaintiff and financial operator of the "Class" payments. He is accused of funding the nucleus and being one of the beneficiaries of the financial scheme.

Arrested on May 14 in Belo Horizonte, Henrique Vorcaro, father of the owner of the extinct Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro, is identified by the Federal Police investigation as one of the beneficiaries of his son, who even deposited funds into his father's bank account.
The arrest was authorized by the STF (Supreme Federal Court) and is part of a new phase of Operation Compliance Zero.
According to his Linkedin profile, Henrique Vorcaro is the CEO of Grupo Multipar, which is being investigated by the PF on suspicion of maintaining financial activity involving Banco Master.
