STF has majority to release pendants acquired before restriction

The STF (Supreme Federal Court) formed a majority to release the payment of part of the so-called "penduricalhos" to magistrates and members of the Public Ministry.

The score was consolidated this Saturday (27), with the vote of minister Luiz Fux. He followed the joint vote presented by ministers Flávio Dino, Gilmar Mendes, Cristiano Zanin and Alexandre de Moraes. The President of the Court, Edson Fachin, accompanied the rapporteurs on Friday.
