Stepson of judge Elton Leme dies in plane crash in Rio
The son of lawyer Cristiane Frota and stepson of judge Elton Leme, Lucas Brito Chaves, is among the six victims of the plane crash that occurred this Sunday morning (14), in Rio de Janeiro.
Known by his stage name, Lucas Frota, the victim was a DJ and music producer. The Brazilian accompanied North American singer Oliver Tree, known for hits such as "Life Goes On" and "Miss You", in the country.
In a statement, Amaerj (Association of Magistrates of the State of Rio de Janeiro) lamented the death of the artist.
"Amaerj expresses its solidarity with family and friends, wishing them strength in this moment of immense pain", he stated.
Lucas began his career in music when he was still a child. Throughout his career, he participated in important electronic music festivals, including Burning Man, held annually in the Black Rock Desert, in Nevada.
In his latest posts on social media, he posed alongside Brazilian artists Dupê and Mc Tota, and Oliver Tree, who also died in the accident. The two were in the studio together, likely collaborating musically.

The accident
Firefighters were called at 8:59 am to respond to the incident on Avenida das Américas. To date, there have been confirmations of six fatalities, all crew members of the aircraft involved in the accident, with five people in one helicopter and only the pilot in the other aircraft. See the list:

The bodies were taken to the IML (Forensic Medical Institute) Afrânio Peixoto, in the center of Rio.
Around 45 soldiers and 15 vehicles were involved in the incident. The Recreio dos Bandeirantes Military Fire Detachment was immediately moved to the location, with support from specialized teams from the Special Operations Group (GOEsp) and the corporation's Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Coordination.
In a statement, the Civil Police reported that the case is ongoing at the 42nd DP (Recreio dos Bandeirantes). Forensic examination was requested for the location and agents are carrying out investigations to investigate the facts.
The incident, which is still ongoing, still has the support of the Fire Department, CET (Traffic Engineering Company), Comlurb and teams from the 31st BPM (Recreio dos Bandeirantes), who work to isolate the area.

During the Initial Action, qualified and accredited professionals apply specific techniques to collect and confirm data, preserve elements, initial verification of damage caused to the aircraft or by the aircraft, in addition to collecting other information necessary for the investigation".
