Spotify users complain that the streaming service is down

Spotify reported, this Tuesday (12), that the platform is facing difficulties in reproducing music.
According to the website DownDetector, which monitors interruptions and failures in online services, 4,652 complaints were registered between 1:50 pm and 3:20 pm.

The failure only occurs when reproducing content that was not previously downloaded on the device; Songs stored for listening without an internet connection are played normally.
