At this time, the details of the sentence are not available in online court records. An attorney and a manager for LaBeouf did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
A video of the Feb. 17 incident shows a shirtless LaBeouf pushing one person to the ground and hitting another in the face, "possibly causing the nose to dislocate," according to a New Orleans police report.
Jeffrey Damnit, a local artist who police identified as Jeffrey Klein in the incident report, said he was one of the people attacked by LaBeouf.
"He hit me, hit some punched me, pushed me a few times," Damnit previously told the Associated Press.

According to Damnit, LaBeouf "just went crazy," trying to start fights and telling the artist and others he was going to beat them up. He added that LaBeouf had pushed him from behind at the bar earlier that night, shouting homophobic slurs and threatening his life.
Damnit and others restrained LaBeouf and tried to get him to leave, but he refused to leave and became even more aggressive, according to Damnit and the police report.
LaBeouf has had several run-ins with the law throughout his career, including a 2017 arrest in New York City on suspicion of aggression, which occurred during a live broadcast.
